Plastering Sand (P-Sand)
Plastering Manufactured Sand also called P-Sand with the granule size of 0 - 2.36 mm is suitable for all kinds of plastering requirements and is used across all segments such as Independent Houses, Apartments and other Residential & Commercial Projects. Plastering sand does not require to be filtered again at the construction site and can be used directly to prepare the mortar which saves labour, time and money. Coarse Aggregates is not required for plastering, Plastering Sand to be mixed in the cement ratio 1:4 (Internal Works) and 1:6 (External Works)
Specifications of Plastering M. Sand are:
- Better Workability
- Higher Compressive Strength
- Higher Flexure Bond Strength
- Higher Water Retentivity
- 0% Wastage
The sand shall consist of natural sand, crushed stone sand or crushed gravel sand or a combination of any of these. The sand will be hard, durable, clean and free from adherent coatings and organic matter and shall not contain clay, silt and dust more than specified.
Characteristics of P-sand:
- The shape of the P- sand resembles with those of river sand
- Our P-sand is well graded & adheres to the specifications of IS 1542- 1992 (RA 2014) standards.
- P-sand contains typical rock-forming minerals like quartz, feldspar, micro, group of minerals etc.
- P- sand has 0% wastage which in turn gives better compression strength than the river sand.
- The need of the hour is in striking a balance between the growing needs of construction industries with Plastering M sand and Environmental concerns to preserve river beds amid excessive sand mining.

Eco-Friendly | It causes less damage to the environment as compared to river sand. | It causes less damage to the environment as compared to river sand. | Harmful to the environment. Eco imbalances, reduce groundwater level and rivers water gets dried up. |
Adulteration | The probability of adulteration is less. | The probability of adulteration is less. | High probability of adulteration since filtered sand (a type of pre- washed sand which contains high silt contents) are mixed together. As a rule, supply shortage always brings adulterer products to the market. |

Applications | Highly recommended for RCC purposes and brick/ block works. | Used for Wall plastering and brickwork purposes. | Recommended for RCC, plastering and brick/ block work. |
Coarse Aggregates:
The source material- granite from our Aggregates generally occupy 65- 80% of a concrete's volume and hence the quality of aggregate used defines the quality of concrete. We will be producing quality coarse aggregates and our aggregate products will adhere to IS Standards in terms of sieve analysis, specific gravity, water absorption and Bulk density parameters.
