Manufactured Sand
Our Manufactured sand is crushed fine aggregate
(produced from hard granite stone from our quarry),
which is cubically shaped with rounded edges,
washed and graded with consistency to be used
as a substitute for river sand in the construction
industry.
Our Sand Manufacturing Unit has state-of-the-
art Crushing & Screening Systems comprising
Cone Crushers, Screens, Vertical Shaft Impactor
(VSI) sourced from Sandvik Asia Limited and
Washing Plant sourced from CDE Asia. The entire
unit is provided with Dust Extraction and Dust
Suppression Systems which mitigate air pollution.
Our sand produced by this process is thus
cubical shaped, suitably graded and free from any
impurities, delivering the quality product
Quality Assurance
The quality of our product is monitored at our in- house laboratory periodically The tests conducted on our products have confirmed it to adhering to IS:383 2016 standards in terms of Physical and Chemical test reports.

The source material- granite from our Stone quarry
subject to petrographic tests confirm that the
material is suitable for construction/concreting/
road works or M-sand applications.
One major advantage of M-sand produced at
our unit is that we can deliver customer based
requirement in terms of its variability between
zone 1 to zone 2 and zone 2 to zone 3 products.
The organic impurities in our M-Sand are within
the defined limits as prescribed by IS:383 2016
standards thus ensuring that the strength or
durability of concrete is not adversely affected.

Advantages of Using M-Sand
1. Greater Durability
M-Sand has balanced physical and chemical properties that can withstand any aggressive environmental and climatic conditions as it has enhanced durability, greater strength and the overall economy.
2. High Strength
The superior shape, proper gradation of fines, smooth surface texture and consistency in production parameter of chemically stable M-sand provides greater durability and higher strength to concrete by overcoming deficiencies like segregation, bleeding, honeycombing, voids and capillary.
3. Greater Workability
The crusher dust is flaky and angular in shape which is troublesome in working. There is no plasticity in the mortar which makes it even difficult for the mason to work, whereas the cubical shape with the rounded edge and superior gradation of M-Sand gives good plasticity to mortar providing excellent workability.
4. Offsets Construction Defects
M-Sand has balanced physical and chemical properties that can withstand any aggressive environmental and climatic conditions as it has enhanced durability, greater strength and the overall economy.
5. Economy
Usage of M-Sand can drastically reduce the cost since like river sand, it does not contain impurities and wastage is NIL. In International Construction Scenario, no river sand is used at all, only sand is manufactured and used, which gives superior strength and its cubical shape ensures a significant reduction in the cement used in the concrete.
6. Eco-Friendly
M-Sand is the only alternative to river sand. Dredging of river beds to get river sand will lead to environmental disaster like groundwater depletion, water scarcity, a threat to the safety of bridges, dams etc.
Plastering Sand (P-Sand)
Plastering Manufactured Sand also called P-Sand with the granule size of 0 - 2.36 mm is suitable for all kinds of plastering requirements and is used across all segments such as Independent Houses, Apartments and other Residential & Commercial Projects. Plastering sand does not require to be filtered again at the construction site and can be used directly to prepare the mortar which saves labour, time and money. Coarse Aggregates is not required for plastering, Plastering Sand to be mixed in the cement ratio 1:4 (Internal Works) and 1:6 (External Works)
Specifications of Plastering M. Sand are:
- Better Workability
- Higher Compressive Strength
- Higher Flexure Bond Strength
- Higher Water Retentivity
- 0% Wastage
The sand shall consist of natural sand, crushed stone sand or crushed gravel sand or a combination of any of these. The sand will be hard, durable, clean and free from adherent coatings and organic matter and shall not contain clay, silt and dust more than specified.
Characteristics of P-sand:
- The shape of the P- sand resembles with those of river sand
- Our P-sand is well graded & adheres to the specifications of IS 1542- 1992 (RA 2014) standards.
- P-sand contains typical rock-forming minerals like quartz, feldspar, micro, group of minerals etc.
- P- sand has 0% wastage which in turn gives better compression strength than the river sand.
- The need of the hour is in striking a balance between the growing needs of construction industries with Plastering M sand and Environmental concerns to preserve river beds amid excessive sand mining.
